Bridge, were you seriously just going to skip over “ Hypnotherapy”??
There are so many other transformational, effective techniques and tools that we use in RTT, hypnosis is only a part of it.
I know though, I used to be a bit of a sceptic, the first thing most of us think of is stage hypnosis, it's not like that though. The reason that we use Hypnosis in RTT is that it allows us to directly access the subconscious, which is where the root of the issue can be found. We avoid the endless talking and speculating and repeating the same story over and over. We dive right in and your subconscious reveals the old outdated beliefs that are still running the show. Having an understanding is so powerful, if you already knew why you did what you did, you’d probably be able to stop doing it yourself.
Once we are aware of the beliefs that are holding you back, you are able to process them and understand them. You can then move forward to heal, recode and upgrade your beliefs so that they serve and benefit you and are aligned with your goals and the life you desire.
This all makes getting what you want significantly easier.
Another major benefit of using hypnosis is that your mind is more open to change and more willing to change. That critical voice of the conscious mind, telling you all the reasons why you can’t do something, is quietened right down. It’s very good at exciting the imagination to make you believe that you can be how you want to be.
Don’t worry though I can’t make you do something that you don’t want to do. You are in control the whole time. You remember everything you say in the session. It’s like an interactive guided meditation session, except you’re able to access a deeper level of awareness. If you think about it, there'd be many many more multi-millionaire hypnotherapists if they could actually get you to do what you didn't want to.
You can also come out of hypnosis at any point, you simply open your eyes. Some people have this idea that they're going to get stuck in a trans or something like that. That's not what happens at all in an RTT session.
How my journey with RTT started
I had been watching Marisa Peer's You-Tube videos for a while and had been implementing a few of her tips and tricks, I couldn’t believe how much of an impact a few simple changes were having on my life.
When I heard her say that I could do what she was doing I jumped at the opportunity. I just knew it was what I was supposed to be doing.
After having the first RTT session on myself, I had that 100% confirmation that this method did in fact work. I couldn’t wait to start guiding people to be the happiest, best versions of themselves, to help free them from what was holding them back, and so I trained under Marisa Peer's expert guidance and am now certified in Rapid Transformational Therapy.
Firstly I will guide you into hypnosis, you can expect to feel completely relaxed and in control, you will know what is happening the whole time and you will remember everything from the session. I do all my sessions over Google Meet or Zoom, so you can be in your own bed or on your comfiest couch.
Once in hypnosis, I will guide you back to scenes from your past where beliefs were formed that are holding you back today. You will simply be reviewing these scenes as your adult self, you will not be reliving them. Your subconscious will bring scenes forward during our time together, it is not necessary to think of them beforehand.
By viewing the scenes as an adult you will be able to associate new meaning to scenes that were interpreted initially with a child's mind.
We will work together to understand the meaning and I will give you suggestions to ultimately recode your beliefs to be supportive and beneficial to the life you wish to lead and the person you know you are meant to be.
I will then send you a personalised recording to listen to for 21 days.
Our minds learn by repetition, listening to the recording for the 21 days is fundamental to your success as it allows for the suggestions of how you want to be, to be firmly instilled, changing your thought patterns and in turn your actions.
That's why RTT works so well when it comes to breaking unwanted habits.

Does it work?
Absolutely, YES! However it is not magic, you must want to change and you must participate in your recovery.
What if I think I already know the reason behind my issue?
Many people think they know what the reason might be, but remember if you did know the real reason behind your issue, you probably would have fixed it by now. What makes RTT amazing is that even if you think you know the reason, you see it in a COMPLETELY new way. That’s what allows you to change the meaning and ultimately, change yourself. Many clients go back to scenes that are totally different than what they expected. Trust that your mind will show you exactly what you need to see.
What if I don’t think I can be Hypnotised?
Hypnosis is a completely natural state, it is very similar to the state you pass through as you fall asleep and wake up.
Stage hypnotists choose the most suggestible people in the audience for their shows and while you might be right that you wouldn't get on stage and cluck like a chicken. Everybody can be hypnotized and accept suggestions that they CHOOSE to accept.
When will I start to see changes?
There are 3 types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy - every person is different:
Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away - immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours right in the session.
Gradual: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time.
Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life. (a great example of this is the message I received from Sophie)
You do sessions online? Do they work?
Absolutely! I see all of my clients on Google Meet and get amazing results with them. One of the benefits of being online is that you can do the session in your own home which can make it easier for you to relax.
