I just wanted to say THANK YOU for "helping" me... I was unsure of this process in the beginning nut I am really amazed.. It's definitely helped me. I am not so uptight and short tempered anymore.. You have helped bring back my patients and bring back the calm person that I used to be.. I am more aware of my actions and words.. I have also become aware of how I speak to myself and how I control my thoughts... I looked forward to listening to my recording every night as it helps calm me and even helps me sleep better!

Thank you so much!
I have been meaning to write to you but with a new lockdown coming up life has been crazy over here. Anyway I wanted to tell you that I feel so different since the session with you as my therapist. I feel so much more energy inside of me, I don’t have the need to sit down anymore wherever I am. I like standing, walking, dancing. It’s amazing. I am so much more joyful and playful ( I so love this word!!!).

Just wanted to pop you a message and say thank you so much.
I used to hate doing things for the first time and it really gave me anxiety. This week I taught my first anatomy lecture. Yes, I was still nervous but I played my powerful playlist, spoke to myself with kind and encouraging words and it all worked!
I got through the lecture, I felt calm and capable and that's all thanks to you!

Normally when I'm not feeling well, I get grumpy and short tempered.
Well, during this last period of being sick, I wasn't short tempered at all.
I remained patient and calm.
